Bought on sale. I saw it in some grocery stores along with Starbucks and thought it might be good enough to try. Big mistake. The beans themselves are completely dry and do not contain any oils that give the coffee its aroma and flavor. Eventually, this coffee worked really well - when I tossed the bag in the kitchen bin, the overly dry beans did a great job of absorbing odors and making the room feel a little fresher.
