Review on TotalTech by Matthew Baltimore

I like that it is easy to use, has many features for my organization's needs (it can be used as an Employee Self-Service tool or even internally).

It would benefit from some more customization options so we could have our own dashboards/views of data within TOTech instead just using what they provide out offereings page which doesn't offer much flexibility when you need something customized per department / user group etc., but overall not too bad! The platform does help us track employee performance & manage timecards very well - also helps keep employees accountable by showing their timesheet usage compared against budgeted hours spent working each month vs actuals reported through Totalech system.-.
