The customer service is super friendly! I have had no issues with them at all so far (which isn't much). They are very easy to work with when it comes time for billing or anything like that as well - they don’t make you feel overwhelmed by being too technical about things which can be scary sometimes if not handled properly in other companies' cases. Their support team has been extremely helpful whenever we've needed help/questions answered regarding our account since day 1 of us having an active subscription there. We haven't found any problems yet but this doesn't mean their system won't break down one day and cause some havoc within my site's database etc., just saying what would happen otherwise because most people probably wouldn't think twice before signing up wth another provider thinking everything will go smoothly once signed-up.
