As a man with problematic oily skin I've been trying for years to find a good solution that moisturizes, SPF and mattifies all in one product so I'll take it You don't need a first aid kit full of products. I've only been using it for a week but it's amazing. I've tried a few other tinted moisturizers and they always felt and looked like foundation and also rubbed off on clothes/sheets. It has noticeably less "makeup" even if you look at the color. It looks a bit thick but absorbs very quickly and perfectly evens out my finish, mattifying my skin and making me look 10 years younger. I even had a nurse at the dermatologist's office who complimented my forehead - I'm 40 years old and never in my life has anyone complimented my forehead. It looks completely natural and doesn't look like you're wearing makeup at all. It doesn't last all day - when I go out at night I apply a tiny dab to freshen up, but honestly I can't imagine not using it one day. I definitely feel like you're really well hydrated. It feels a bit dry, but for me at least, moisturizers that give my skin an oil sheen and applying some sort of mattifying product to make it matte are the alternatives so I can use that as an "everything" solution I would also add that it doesn't have any shading options - it works great on my very fair skin but I can't guarantee it will look as natural on someone with a darker complexion.
