The battery is fine, the part number is correct, my Fluke 123 oscilloscope is now working properly.
I bought this, Amazon says it's 3000mAh, 4.8V NI-MH and it IS. I don't know why the previous reviewer left a note saying it "appears" to be something else. Of course it's possible that his order got messed up, but not mine. Like I said, that's the right part.
