First thing to know is that I'm not pregnant - I didn't buy this with any intention of using it while pregnant. having a terrible time getting comfortable. I had neck, back and knee pain when sleeping on my side. I decided to try this pillow to see if it would help me position myself better for better sleep. The first 2-3 nights were terrible. I thought about returning the pillow but decided to keep it for a week and I'm so glad I did. At 4am the pillow seemed to "settle down" and I seemed to get used to it. Since then I've been so glad to have this pillow to snuggle into every night. I no longer have neck and knee pain (I still have back pain, so obviously it's more than a sleeping position issue). The pillow kept its shape. The U shape means I can sleep on my back or either side without having to reposition my pillow. I don't sleep on my stomach but I think this pillow may not be suitable for those who sleep. The pillow is shaped to help me find the best nooks and crannies for my comfort throughout the night. I can wrap my legs around the sides or just put a piece between my knees. The cover is easy to remove and washes well. The cover also has a nice, but neutral gray pattern that looks good. It's a little tricky to put the pillow back into the cover after washing, but it's no big deal - definitely not a deal breaker. So far I am very happy with this purchase. Pillow quality, The case and zip appear to be high (I've had them for almost 4 months now and they look and feel like new). I would recommend it and I would buy it again. I've been on a 2 week vacation since purchasing this pillow and was delighted to fall back asleep with this pillow both times when I returned!
