The quality of goods from the dollar store.

Cheap plastic but you don't need high quality plastic for this design or look as the bezel is a thin bezel. The instructions could be clearer but you slide the glass out the back of the frame so it comes out the front of the frame. You then upload your front photo and put the front glass on top of the photo. Overall quality should be a dollar per 8x10 frame. In addition, the packaging usually lacks the necessary seal, which is why the frames were delivered with broken glass. I should have visited my local dollar store first.
