I like that it has an easy to use interface, as well as a variety of useful features. The ability to sync with other platforms such as Evernote, Dropbox, etc., is great too. It's not overly expensive, but it does require some learning how to navigate. There are also some quirks in its functionality that can be confusing at first. However, this is a tool worth using if you're looking for a reliable CRM solution. We've been able to track our customer relationships more effectively than ever before. We used to rely heavily on paper files and spreadsheets, but now we have all of our information stored online. This makes it much easier to keep up with everything!
