I tried a similar salt and pepper grinder and found it very good. I have a couple of coffee grinders that I really like, but each one is rated for either salt or pepper. The idea of a single grinder that could be switched between them was attractive. However, this particular coffee grinder has never worked very well. It was difficult to switch back and almost impossible to get the perfect grind. After a week it broke. The piece of plastic holding the spring just fell apart. It was a waste of my money.
