I have been using LK screen protectors for many years and have always felt that these products are of high quality and reliable. My previous phone (Galaxy S9) was saved many times after bad falls by the LK protective film. When I switched to the Galaxy S21+, the first thing I ordered was the LK screen protectors and as usual they met my expectations, including a very handy alignment tray. I have never had to contact LK. customer service department. This time I seem to have pressed the edge of the protective film too hard and caused a small tear that was solely my fault. However, I contacted LK and told them exactly what had happened. They responded immediately and sent a replacement. This is truly outstanding customer service.
