Received these a few weeks ago and one of the vases was cracked through and through. I imperceptibly put fresh flowers in it, and the next day all the water from one vase spilled onto my entire shelf. I contacted the company for a vase replacement and received no response. I then contacted Revane again with no response. I understand that there are few employees with Covid-19 in these times, but I would like one or the other to react. Worst case I have to buy artificial flower stems for him. I have so many beautiful flowers in my garden and I would love to display them indoors too!
