Feedback update: Received replacement screen on 4/29/2020. When my geek unpacked, the edges of the display case were chipped and scratched. This damage was not related to shipping. Because the package was sufficiently packed. According to the item description, it is new. Unfortunately, we can't wait to swap out another screen, so we proceeded with the installation. At least this time the screen worked but the item appeared to be used or refurbished. I bought this to replace a damaged screen on my Dell Inspiron. After the replacement, the screen was completely dark. My geek points out that the backlight is not working properly. We returned the product for an exchange hoping we just received a defective product.
