I wanted to like it. Why buy something you don't like? And judging by the reviews, it should have. But.1.) I realized that if I stepped on it, stepped back to put it away, and then stepped on it again, I would magically weigh a few pounds less! More than once. Every time I weigh myself. So what was the right weight? If I made it clear and tried again, I always got the second weight, so I went with it. Not great, but acceptable. 2.) I then noticed that the weight and BMI in the app were not updated since the first connection. Bluetooth stopped working and the scale was no longer discoverable. I took out the batteries and restarted my iPhone. Still not appearing. So I emailed an explanation of the problem to CS in the manual. I provided the model, phone, operating system, and the distance between the watch face and the phone. Oh, and my name. The answer I got was: "Dear customer, thank you for your feedback. Please follow the steps below to try again. How to connect the scale and the application correctly? Make sure the network works well for your phone and also Active Era with the network. Permit. Register an account via email; Enter correct personal information, including gender, height, age; Make sure your phone's bluetooth is turned on and GPS and location are turned on if your phone is an Android phone. Step on the scale to turn it on, the home screen will say 'Connected', which means automatic pairing. If the home page shows "Disabled”, please click "My Account” ---> "My Device” to pair the scale. If it still doesn't work, turn off Bluetooth. /app and reopen or remove the battery and reinstall. (This is very important) I hope this can help you, thanks. I'm returning it and getting a better known brand that syncs to more devices anyway. Bottom line, it works the same as most people, but support is also part of what makes a good product.
