This is a cute little gem. I wanted the hat to match the red and black dress I will be wearing to Mardi Gras 2020 and it would be perfect for that purpose. Although this is certainly not the quality suitable for formal wear. This is jewelry. A good piece of jewelry for the price. The stones are well placed and it's well put together too.
