I LOVE the idea of these things. They seemed perfect for holiday decorations etc and looked much prettier than regular ws2811 12mm led string lights. However, these lights are incredibly fragile, the wires break very easily. I unwound a cord with great care, carefully hung it, adjusted the position for a fixing point (I just hung the cord on small hooks around the door frame) and ended up with 4 broken wires somewhere in the middle of the cord, which I had to solder back, was the royal PITA. I'm really concerned that other kits are just as brittle and prone to breakage, which is a real shame. @BTF-Lighting: Any chance you could use better quality wires?
