As a professional shooter, I place a lot of importance on the high caliber of my equipment. I was eager to give the Selens Company's selection of top-notch photography goods a try when I first learned about them. However, I had a disappointing experience working with the business, to put it mildly. Despite Selens' claims that their merchandise is of the highest quality, I was disappointed by how subpar it actually was. The backdrops were thin and prone to creasing, and the lighting apparatus I bought was flimsy and poorly made. Given the prices I paid, I was disappointed that the products did not measure up to my expectations. The absence of customer support from Selens Company made the encounter worse. They responded dismissively to my inquiries about them and made no offer of a refund or a replacement when I expressed my worries. As a client, I felt ignored and undervalued. Overall, I had a negative encounter with Selens Company. I was frustrated and dissatisfied because of the subpar products and the dearth of customer care. I need reliable equipment because I'm an expert photographer, and Selens Company did not give me that. I will seek for other, more dependable suppliers for my photography needs since I cannot suggest them to others.
