I rarely write negative reviews but I feel people need an honest review of this Homia baby food manufacturer that debunks all the misleading 5 star reviews. First I received this item along with it. Splash guard is completely missing. It doesn't matter to people who don't mind having half the food on the counter, but it matters a lot to me. Without this lid, food will easily come out of the main mixing bowl in several places. Secondly, this product has several design flaws which I will list below. I've based my review on design flaws, not so much a missing part as sometimes I think that it just happens? one. Food gets stuck in the steam connector after each blending. They enjoy cleaning out that tiny port after every mix. Be sure to clean it immediately after mixing, as some products dry out severely and quickly, making that whole tiny opening difficult to clean. 2. The heat-insulating lid installed in the lid of the jug (barely) is very loose and very easy to remove several times by simply placing the jug lid on the main mixing glass. It's also the lid you put on top, the smallest basket if you're steaming all 3 at once, and it doesn't snap or anything, it just sits on top and falls off easily.3. All 3 steam baskets just sit on top of each other, they don't interlock or anything, so you better hope you don't sneeze within 20 feet of this thing or the top 2 baskets just fall on the floor with your partially steamed food.4. As far as I can tell, they only come in one color. The color should be "80".
