Good but far from great

I'm going to compare this to the Plantronics Voyager, obviously this is the device trying to copy this one as they are very similar. Pros: - Speaker sound quality is good, better than I expected - Sensitive microphone so your voice is clear (when it's quiet, more on that later.) - Comfort level is as good as Plantronics, if not better, because it's a little easier. I've only used it briefly, but so far there haven't been any battery issues, leading me to believe that the battery life is good. - Headphones of different sizes are good. Cons: - Zero noise control. Don't fall for it, it's a blatant lie. Plantronics can be used in a storm and people will still understand you when this device picks up every ripple, fan, click or anything in the room. Any loud noise and just forget it. The device likely only has one microphone, while Plantronics has four to tell the good from the bad. It will pair with multiple devices, but only one can be used at a time. And you have to manually unpair one before connecting to the other, or put it in pairing mode to connect to another already paired device. Plantronics can pair with two and use both at the same time. When using Teams, the device did not play audio with "HG Hands Free Audio" but had to use the "HG Stereo" device to use it. Very strange. As a separate device on the same phone or computer, it's not that bad. But far from the gold standard of the industry. If cost is the primary factor, you have a useful device. This is the case when you work in a relaxed environment. Otherwise, spend your money and get Plantronics. They are also perfect, but much better than this device.

Pros
  • So far happy
Cons
  • So far so good
