Almost all crystals that are in "it" should NOT be in water as they will dissolve. They are also absolutely NOT safe to consume and should NEVER be used to top up your water. Anything below 5 on the Mohs hardness scale is NOT WATER FRIENDLY. Of course there are crystals that are wonderful to use as charging crystals, but that's just terribly unsafe!
