Yes these products are cheap but if the customer service was good I'm sure they would sell more than me.
the controller didn't work out of the box. I installed this professionally so I had a clean finish but once everything was connected I couldn't connect to the bluetooth controller so it's just a LED bar. I contacted customer service and they replied once and never again. Yes these products are cheap but if the customer service was good I'm sure they will sell more but I guess they don't care after something is sold. Shame as it would be a great product if ALL the features worked. I just paid too much for a piece that I would have received with the same function if I had paid half the price.
