TOO SMALL!: Boots

I ordered a pair of these boots from Zappos through Revain and they were AT LEAST TWO SIZES TOO SMALL! I'm a size 9 but I ordered a size 10 to accommodate my thick winter socks. . The boots were marked a size 10 but I couldn't even get my foot in the boot so they were either a size 8 or smaller or women's size 10 or smaller. Too bad. They were good boots, but the right size is very important.
