In general, it's extremely nice for such a low price, and when you think about what's good for such a low price (for the price category, of course), and at the same time from Sony, you wonder if there's some kind of catch to it. Previously, I used a Meizu ep52; the sound quality is comparable (although the Sony is significantly less bassy and generally more balanced), but the battery life and the distance from the host are much more gratifying: on the Meizu, the signal was lost if the phone was placed in a pocket, and the batteries were only sufficient for 5-6 hours of work; however, it works quietly in a pocket for the Sony, and there is enough battery according to my indicators for 16-18 hours. Depending on how often you use it, you might not need to charge it every day. I am relieved that type-c is readily available, and I would want to thank Sony for integrating it into (nearly all of) their devices. The voice response that describes the percentage of charge when the device is turned on is also gratifying; however, I have a sneaking suspicion that it is not accurate. I have witnessed it going from 70% to 20% in just one hour, and prior to that, it took approximately six hours to go from fully charged to 70%. The headphones do not have an automatic pause feature for when they are magnetized.
