I really wanted to like it but it just wasn't my favorite. I sent it back. It was hard to figure out how to curl your hair because there were no instructions. I even looked at the comments and videos but nothing showed how to do it. Eventually I somehow figured it out, but it never worked out. And I found that my daughter's hair straightener works a million times better for straightening. I sent it back. I think if you are looking for curling irons/straighteners you should definitely look elsewhere.
