Not what it says on my review.
I've had one before. They WORK great. But Walmart won't post my questions, the manufacturer is uncontactable. All together it makes for terrible customer service. The 5-bolt flange does NOT come with it. I ordered 2, and neither came with the 5 bolt flange. I wrote to Walmart with my return, and I don't think anyone even read it.
