Good for catching light down feathers

I like that it stretches and fits in my cage. The size of the cage I have holds 3 budgies (or a couple of cockatiels), I put it about a quarter of the way down and hide the rest under the cage. I'm tired of the fluffy feathers (boy scales) and vacuuming twice a day is boring. The elastic is tight enough to hold on to, but other than that I'd use a safety grip if it needs to be tighter. Satisfied, I regret for a long time that I did not buy it.
