So the box is really nice but when I opened I thought it had been the brush had been used since everything with just stuffed inside. After checking other reviews I determined it was just common company assembly. I followed the instructions on how to brush my hair upside down but even with sectioning by fine hair remained tangled.Company reached out to me and sent me the brush with boar and nylons pins which is reallyNice!
