Received a few days ago. This stand was easy to assemble with the included hex screwdriver. Once the top and bottom are screwed in, I recommend that you take the stand by the base and top and keep twisting them to further tighten them until they offer resistance. good balance The headphones don't wobble at all. Rubber feet prevent it from sliding on the table. Looks nice; I really like the look of the wooden table top. Hopefully it's not the kind of paint/metal that's going to rust in a few years. The curvature of my JBL Live 500BT headphones is slightly larger than the curvature of the stand, so time will tell if it digs into my pillow. Worth the price I paid versus cheaper stalls.
