I bought the XL for my lab mutant who will be 1 year old this December. It keeps him warm and he sits on him very well and he still has room to grow and move and I don't think it stretches except for the black part at the end of the sleeve and the big hole and the inside is very soft me was able to measure him and add 1 or 2 inches to his measurements, he has a large chest and probably weighs around 60 pounds. the last weight was meanwhile in october. (Back: 26" Chest: 30" Neck: 19" The laces on the front are short, but that's okay because I plan on pulling them out and inserting the black lace.
