They are very small and will not fit your wrist. They are suitable for owners of thin hair or a small child. I ordered them for masks because I had them. They are great for what I needed which was the earbuds. They are not as "springy" as traditional hair ties and they are very thin so they sit well on the ears and are very comfortable. I don't know how well they work with a real hair tie, but they make great masks.
