Helped me improve my game; even a little. My training partner originally bought them. After two weeks of training, he increased the working weight (slightly), but more importantly, he was able to do an extra rep on his own; usually the last two repetitions were forced. He gave me a try and I had the same. I'll take any help I can get to keep me clanking and popping. I will continue to track and compare my progress after I have completed and updated the review. My only complaint is that the zipper sucks. It is almost impossible to seal it. In the end I just put the product in an old jar with additives. Overall, after 8 weeks, I give it 5/5 stars for effectiveness and 1/5 star for packaging.
