Let's face it, if you're paying that amount for just an 18 inch wreath, you should NOT expect it to be lavish and luxurious. That can't be, otherwise the seller won't stay in business. It's all plastic. It can be a 12 inch hollow semi-circular plastic shape with a nice little hole at the top for hanging, and if you lay out the stems of the greens you might hit the 18 inch diameter; If you don't, you'll likely end up with a 14 inch wreath. That's what he says. I would have liked more stems on the form because they get a little thin after laying them out, but then again I only paid $15. Yes, it's all plastic and will stand up to the outdoor conditions of southern New England and can be washed out if needed. I can add a colorful bow and/or a few tassels to indicate a specific event or not. That's why I buy such wreaths - as a basic form that I can decorate in my own way. It's good for that. If you want beauty alone, it probably won't make you happy. But it is as advertised and thanks to the seller for that. Therefore 4 stars. It's a pleasing, believable boxwood green. If there was a bit more: size, fullness, more color variations, anything that could surprise me, I would give 5 stars.
