First, this is NOT an air conditioner, it is a small swamp cooler. Works by evaporative cooling. The lower the humidity, the better the results. It won't do much for a large area, but it's nice to blow at you at your desk, or in my case in my RV. Don't expect your bedroom to drop 10 degrees at night, it won't.
