Not the best. for the body
At first I saw some reviews and thought it would be a great way to take soap with me when there is no soap in a public toilet or when I travel. Unfortunately they don't live up to my expectations as they are thicker than expected and difficult to lather and even then aren't enough. After about a month they were stuck together in my purse and it was very difficult for me to detach and use one. When I managed to pull out one of them and put water on my palm, they stuck to it and I had to remove it with great effort. It was like glue. It may have worked for some, but not for me. I wouldn't buy back.
