The clasp that connects the circles is plastic and difficult to connect. The first chain arrived with a broken clasp. Revain replaced the necklace quickly and efficiently. The second arrived and the plastic clasp is too tight to secure the circle. In addition, the earrings are much larger than in the photo and bear no relation to the chain. The first product that I have been disappointed with ever since I received it.
