Auryc is easy to implement and easy to use. The dashboard is very intuitive and easy to navigate. The reporting is very easy to create and customize. The support team is very responsive and helpful. I haven't found anything that I dislike. I would highly recommend Auryc to any company looking to gain insight into their customer journeys. Auryc is helping us gain a better understanding of our customer journeys and how we can improve. We are able to easily track and analyze our customer journeys and identify opportunities for improvement.
