Review on Browne 575355 Perforated Aluminum Pizza by Laura Brooks

Based on my experience, this perforated aluminum pizza pan has revolutionized my pizza-making game .The holes in the pan allow for even airflow, resulting in a perfectly crispy crust every time. The lightweight material also makes for easy transfer in and out OF the oven. My only complaint would be that it is not dishwasher safe, but the quick hand wash is worth the delicious results.
