Received in 1 day. Replacing it in the car was fairly easy with little difficulty fitting a new one. The plug fits perfectly (I've seen complaints about versions from other manufacturers that don't have a matching plug), the device works just right and is quiet. Solved my overheating problem. In general very satisfied.
