It's a bit tragic that a simple design flaw ruins much of the functionality of this product. It's well built and designed to carry your tools from place to place, which is a good thing. except when you have to climb some steps! The plastic "kick guard" actually catches when you drag the toolbox up the stairs, making it very difficult and also permanently damaging the toolbox. I have to lift the box up and down the stairs instead of moving it up, which is very tedious. This is really annoying because if it were fixed I think the product would have 5 stars! It holds and supports my tools (100 lbs) great. unless I'm standing in front of a staircase!
