I ordered this tie for my son for his birthday and it arrived in one day. The color was exactly what I was looking for but when the tie arrived there was a crease across the tie which could easily be seen as a hole in the front of the box. There was no crease that would come out. I was so disappointed but gave it to him for his birthday and then came back and asked for a replacement. The replacement came within two days and was not wrinkled. He really likes it, but I'd really like to see someone just look at the tie in the box and realize it's wrinkled and doesn't look right. It would save us a lot. problems and disappointments.
