Better than expected. Lasted two weeks with daily use. If the power is gone, does not work (without first braking). I use the same brand with excellent trimmer heads so this wasn't a close shave. BUT it works quickly and without special facial cleansing (waking up and shaving). Cleaning the head is easy and doesn't need to be done too often; I always removed the head and tapped out the cuttings. Only concerns: (1) pressing the ON button can cause the cutter head to dislodge/pop out, and (2) the plastic head cover comes off easily (I used a rubber band over the plastic cover on the bottom of the shaver). Overall great product and price.
