Don't believe the measurements in the description
Despite the neck measurements listed in the description, the tie fits an 18" neck, NOT a 19" neck. As the proud owner of a 19" neck, I was specifically looking for a long tie to match. The adjustments within the tie are clearly marked at -18" NOT 19. The tie is not as long as they advertise.
