Review on 🍊 Suave Men Citrus Rush 3-in-1 Shampoo Conditioner Body Wash - Gentle Cleansing and Conditioning with Keratin and Glycerin - 28 oz by Heather Anderson

First of all I have to say that I love this product. I've used it as a shampoo, conditioner and body wash, all with great results, and have ordered from Revain three times. But the last order was filled by Pharmapacks. The order didn't come quickly and when it arrived there was a noticeable crack forming at the bottom of the bottle causing the shampoo to leak throughout the inside of the package. Well, anything can happen. It looked like it had been carefully packaged, but a tear still appeared. I emailed Pharmapacks straight away and am still waiting for a reply which explains the 1 star rating. Any company interested in customer satisfaction would immediately send a replacement bottle and respond to my message. But not Farmapak. If they fix this bug I will upgrade this rating to 5 stars just because I like the product. But not so good so far.
