Review on BusinessOptics Platform by Eric Garron

There's nothing much I do not like about this product! We used it in conjunction with our B2B CRM system (Pipedrive).

It was great because we were able use all of Pipedrives tools together within one platform - salesforce/pipeline insight etc which made things so easy from both sides i think? The user interface makes sense but could be more intuitive though there are some useful tutorials out now too if you want help getting started quickly.- Data mapping / linking between different systems can sometimes take longer than expected especially when dealing large amounts of historical data e g 30 years worth plus current year records. Having done many projects before using BO PnL Insight has been very helpful time wise saving me days instead hours usually spent researching spreadsheets manually by hand adding up numbers over several months periods eg quarterly.
