Excellent Service Providers - Highly Recommend
The team at penetration testing is very professional and they are always willing to help in any way possible. They have been my go to guys for all of our pentest needs since we started using them almost 7 years ago now! I can't think of anything that I don't like about this service provider. If you want someone who will do what it takes to get things done then these guys are definitely top notch. We use their services mainly as an ethical hacking company, but also sometimes when we need some extra eyes on projects or tasks.
Pros
- Extremely knowledgeable staff.
- Very responsive
- Highly skilled hackers with great attention span (this helps me keep track)
Cons
- Not enough hours available due timezone differences between client/server locations
- Sometimes difficult clients not able take direction from tester
- Clients should be more open minded if problems arise during test cases
- Some project requests may require too many resources which slows down progress; however there's never much slack provided so no major issues here either
