Pros: The backpack keeps its shape when assembled and has a fairly solid construction. Cons: The backpack doesn't work at all. They suggest that you use the hand straps as shoulder straps, which is 1) EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT. The straps are not adjustable and very uncomfortable. Obviously they are not designed as backpack straps and are not padded. If you also wear it as a backpack, consider wearing it with a mesh air port on the back. This drastically restricts your pet's airflow and means they won't be able to see outside. If someone is taller than me (5ft 3in) they absolutely cannot even attempt to use the handles as shoulder straps. The manufacturer really needs to stop calling this backpack because it's absolutely not true.
