Not a fashion ring, but a tool that allows you to temporarily enlarge the nipple by restricting blood flow.

I'm not a doctor. This review is based on opinions, not facts. This is not a fashion ring to carry around. If you had huge nipples, you could wear this as a fashion accessory. For everyone else, this is a tool to temporarily enlarge your nipples. For a stainless steel ring with a hole (not with screws), pull the nipple into the ring and close it until it pushes the nipple. Leave it on for a few minutes, then take it off and repeat. After 5-10 times, the nipple is temporarily larger due to blood flow and swelling. .The screw ring has the same effect but only when the nipple is swollen and much larger. Pull the nipple through the screw hole. Gently tighten the screws until they pinch the nipple. Wait a few minutes and start again. The nipple swells due to the restriction of blood flow.
