I like that we can set up our own templates which makes it very user friendly! We have been able to keep everyone in one place at all times without having multiple emails going out or confusion about who was where when something went wrong!! It has also allowed us great flexibility by being an external service provider - so if there are any issues they don't affect my clients directly but rather me as well as allowing them access from anywhere around the world too (which allows staff some freedom). There isn’t much you could say against this product because everything works perfectly fine however occasionally things do go down/have problems etc. However these instances tend not be resolved quickly enough meaning downtime occurs causing inconvenience & concern amongst users of course. This may seem minor compared though other products available such as Slack does offer more functionality than recess therefore making its use less necessary.
