formula for sensitive skin is terrible. I usually use the regular one, but I decided to try this one as well to see if it would prevent my skin from becoming inflamed after waxing. It's BLUE instead of the usual honey color. It took about 5 minutes in the microwave to soften it even a little and it never got hot. It was a lot stickier and stickier than the other formula. Trying to pull it off was so difficult that it ripped into tiny pieces and therefore didn't pull out most of the hair properly. It also turned my skin blue! As I said, I've been using their regular formula for a long time so I'm familiar with the process, this particular guy just didn't fit. I'm throwing it away and have to repurchase the normal formula.
