Great heater, huge amount of heat for the size, great service.
I bought one of these heaters at the beginning of the season, then bought another for another room.Amazing heat output, several options for heat including an "Eco" mode. The controls are not very intuitive, it took a little time to understand how it works. I like that it runs the fan without heat for 15 seconds before it turns off. That allows the heating coils to cool down so that heat is not trapped in the heater when it turns off.The second one I bought had an issue with the remote, after multiple battery changes it wouldn't work. Contacted the seller, had a new remote in three days. Will buy again from these folks.

- May not have a long enough lifespan to justify the cost
