Failed to load media. Well the software for this is amazing including slicer software. Don't give in to the "I need to be quiet" syndrome. It is built that way for a simple and simple reason. This is really great work. BUT: That's if you happen to get a good car. I bought 2 at full price. Yes, I was pissed when they suddenly fell above $100. Anyway, the one machine I have is perfect. Works great, just what I expected for the price. Another, not so much. A deformed Z-bar, a deformed bed and a Z-motor that is junk (as you can see in the video). Support usually responds within 2 days, sometimes even less, after emailing you. They ask to send photos and videos of the problem. In this video I added you can clearly see the Z motor jerking and jerking. The noise is weird. I told them I only wanted to replace 2 Z-bars and a motor. Sent them videos and photos as they wished. It's much cheaper to send me the bars and motor than to incur the loss of returning this item. UPDATE: They sent me 2 new Z-bars and a new motor. Now I have two perfect cars! These cars are definitely worth the money. The customer support is responsive which is definitely amazing. They did what they said and the problem was solved. More than worth the money! As a side note, I'd like to say again, don't try to do what all these people do on YouTube and change the fans to make it quieter. It really isn't bad as it is and was built that way for a reason. Looking for great prints? Let the machine work. wanna kill the car Replace the fans, overhaul the electrical system and burn down the house. This is an incredible car in its own right. You will love it and the print quality is amazing
